Lieutenant Pillitar's CO is a Terran character featured in Lieutenant Frank Pillitar's story in WWR Illustrated Number Two. He and Lieutenant Pillitar witness Gēbì de Plume in the aftermath of destroying Martian forces. These are the only characters that Nom de Plume has been seen talking to in print.

In the story, Lieutenant Pillitar's CO denies the events that he and Lieutenant Pillitar witnessed.
